My Favorite Dinner

I like Japanese food for several reasons. First, Japanese food is very healthy. Japanese people use a lot of vegetables and some fish for traditional Japanese food. Japanese do not eat meat every day and do not use a lot of oil. Japanese food is good for everyone. Second, Japanese food is lower in calories. Even if people eat a lot of traditional Japanese food, they cannot take more than 1800 calories a day. When I was in Japan, I was thin, probably because of Japanese food. I rarely went to a fast food restaurant in Japan. However, I gained weight after I came to the U.S. Japanese food has lower calories. Therefore, I want to have Japanese food for dinner.
