My favorite food at breakfast is beans. Beans are very important in human health. I prepare this kind of food in many ways; first I put the can of beans in a pan or pot over the fire for about three minutes or I put it inside the microwave. Second, I put a little lemon squeeze on it. Third, I put a little olive oil in it. Finally, I put one clove of garlic ground up in it. After that I will eat it with some slices of tomatoes and olives. The food, which I need in my home, is rice, meat, flour, and corn. In my country, Jordan, people must keep this kind of food in the home, and I do too. Because I have a family, I usually buy beans.
